We offer the following shipping options for orders within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for faster delivery
  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $75 CAD

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship within Canada and the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options internationally. Some remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Order Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately at your convenience. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Our Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened beauty, skincare, or personal care products
  • Opened food items (pet treats, herbal teas, etc.)
  • Intimate apparel or undergarments
  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Let us know which item(s) you'd like to return and the reason
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable)
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging
  5. Ship the return using the provided label or method

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. We'll help you process the exchange quickly and ensure you get exactly what you need.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We'll cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges: We'll cover shipping for the replacement item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
